Very interesting class, great simplification of Photo manipulation with GD. But there is a bug in your functions get_inlineTag_* : ob_end_clean () is inutil after ob_get_clean ()!
Another remark, your class requires a huge refactoring to remove the copy/paste, correcting the problem cited, you will quickly understand I think.
