 Headroom - 2012-03-17 06:59:36 lower case for all elements is wrong, as there may be url() with case sensitive pictures.
explode() on "}" fails at the end of the script, because explode add an empty line, if the imported css has that, too.
But thats quickly fixed, so still worth using this code!
