Step1:
  Finalize on your database
  mine is 
	$dbhostname = "localhost";
	$dbname  = "test";
	$dbusername = "root";
	$dbpassword = "root";	
  Modify setting in process.php		
Step2: 
Add following table to your database, you can name anything
CREATE TABLE `users_images` (
  `id` int(11) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,
  `user_id` int(11) DEFAULT NULL,
  `file_id` varchar(255) DEFAULT NULL,
  `file_name` varchar(255) DEFAULT NULL,
  PRIMARY KEY (`id`)
) ENGINE=InnoDB AUTO_INCREMENT=86 DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1
Step3:
Add following plugin to head tag

<script type="text/javascript" src="webroot/js/fileupload.js"></script>
Step3:
Add following initiation script to your html
vishal - is  element id to which this plugin will replace with ajax file uploader

following is plugin option available
	SCRIPT - name of script going to process uploaded ajax file
	VALIDFORMAT - formate accepted for validation
	MAXUPLOAD - Max number of file upload
	TABLEHEAD - Table head information
